The DWS-3-ZW is a weighing system developed specially for turkeys and can measure weight up to 100 kg. A cage construction (1x1x1.5 m) has been incorporated into the system and can be suspended in the poultry house between the turkeys at the proper height through the use of a hand winch. This will cause the animals to jump onto the weighing platform at regular intervals.
